Proprietary Software Notice

Church Ledger is proprietary software. The source code, documentation, and all associated assets are the exclusive property of Veike Agency.

1. Grant of License

This software is provided under a private license. Installation and use of Church Ledger are restricted to authorized entities who have entered into a formal agreement with Veike Agency.

2. Restrictions

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Redistributing the source code in any form.
• Selling or sub-licensing the software to third parties.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code for unauthorized use.
• Publicly hosting the codebase without explicit written permission from Veike Agency.

3. Ownership

All intellectual property rights, titles, and interests in and to the software (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, and text incorporated into the software) are owned by Veike Agency.

4. Termination

Failure to comply with these terms will result in immediate termination of any existing service agreements and potential legal action.
